Athletes participating in this event will be released at 12:10pm. Meet at the track once you have changed, bus leaves at 12:30pm.

*There will be no practice after school for those not attending the meet. You may come up to the meet and cheer on your team. (let them know that you are a part of our team so you are not charged)

(This event will be run during the field events. All athletes will run together. It will be run
mostly off track but will start and finish at the regular finish line on the track.) * Scored
by adding places, NOT times.

4:05 Open 3200 Run Coaches, JV Runners, kids, parents are welcome to run the 3200
Run course. No official results, but the clock will be running so that you can look at your
time. Everyone is welcome, but please ensure that you will be done in under 20 minutes
so as to not interfere with the rest of the meet.

4:30 Shuttle Hurdle relay (Girls 30” 4 × 100 Boys 36” 4 × 110)

4:55 4 × 200 Relay

5:15 4 × 800 Relay

5:35 Sprint Relay 100-100-200-400

5:55 “Bert Kruse” Relay 300 hurdles (7 hurdles 30” girls, 36” Boys)-200-600-400. First
