Attention Ladies Team: Join us for Women’s Strength Training sessions led by Alexis, a physical therapist, on Wednesdays—December 4th, 11th, and 18th—from 3:00 to 4:00 PM in the high school cafeteria. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat!
